Victoria graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc Hons in Sociology. Her working life has been dedicated to the travel and hospitality industries, allowing her to accrue the skill set she brings to this position.
Victoria's exceptional communication skills are utilised to provide excellent customer service to clients, many praising her efforts, commenting that 'nothing was too much trouble'. Specialising in social media content, Victoria's communication experience also expands into marketing.
Required to recruit and train large groups on a regular basis, Victoria has extensive HR experience. In her previous role, Victoria coordinated large scale events, showcasing her leadership and organisational skills, whilst ensuring that a personalised service was delivered to all her clients.
Both through her educational and working life, Victoria has dealt with sensitive data, and understands the need to maintain client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Victoria is dedicated to serving her local community; volunteering for various projects such as Girl Guiding, her local church and the Royal British Legion. Again, this allows Victoria to showcase skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, time management and event coordination.
Mihaela holds an MSc in Business Information Systems together with a BSc in Financial Auditing and Accounting. This qualification has supported her success when leading Accounting and Business Administration Teams for International Companies within the European Union focusing on Brand Development, Media Relations and the Aviation Industry.
Mihaela credits much of her ability to successfully network with international clientele to her communication skills, particularly her proficiency in several languages including Spanish, French, Greek, Romanian, and English.
As well as focusing on her administrative work, Mihaela showcases her time management, and team working skills during her extensive customer facing experience planning and managing several networking events.
During his 30 year career in the Aviation industry, most recently heading up the Business Development Team for a leading software provider, and lifetime interest in Aviation, Andrew has accrued skills that make him an asset to rostAMe.com, and to the clients which he serves.
His knowledge of the aviation industry is detailed and varied. He has extensive airline model business experience including ACMI, Charter, Low Cost, Cargo, Scheduled, Business Aviation, and Helicopter Operations (Oil & Gas, Coast Guard, Police and Medivac).
Andrew also holds an in-depth knowledge of Vendor Products such as Maintenance, Flight Planning, Reservations, Accounting, and Learning Management.
By working with Airlines in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and most recently South East Asia, Andrew has developed strong networks and is very familiar with the operational Business Models and code of ethics observed by the International Community.
Not only does Andrew manage projects such as Airline transition, and Software Integration with Third Party Solutions, but he also plans large scale conferences which are incredibly well received by the Airline Executive Management, and serve as marvellous networking events.
Over his career, Andrew has also amassed a great deal of recruitment, training and development skills, and has contributed to a number of technical training publications.
